Anna Grajales

Her productions and stories have been screened in film festivals in Mexico, the USA, Canada, Spain, and Italy.

She has flourished as a screenwriter, always working alongside her writing partner, Paola Mazlum. Both have focused their careers on building stories with a youthful and fresh perspective. Both have written more than 12 projects in feature film and television series formats.

Anna has been part of various writers' rooms and developments for companies like Fábula, Draco Films, Netflix, Wattpad, and 3Pas as a staff writer, head writer, and creator. Two of her television projects that stand out are the Cindy La Regia series for Netflix where she wrote two episodes and Perfectos Mentirosos, the adaptation based on the Wattpad phenomenon with more than a million readers on the platform and more than 50,000 books sold that both lead, marking the first production of the studio in Mexico.

For her feature film projects, which are both original and adaptations, she has worked with studios and production companies such as Sony, Warner Media, Alameda Films, and Alazraki Entertainment. Currently, she is writing a movie for Amazon Prime and developing two series for Sony Pictures.

She has also won several script competitions as the Mex Comedy Showcase, organized by Filmarket Hub (2021) and the Access Lab (2022), organized by Particular Crowd and the Guadalajara International Film Festival.

Anna is currently repped by World Talent House, the first Agency specializing in representing the Latin American Creative Team behind the camera.
